HRO has developed 50 commercial projects totaling more than 1,300,000 sqm (14,000,000 sq ft) across Europe and the United States.

HRO’s strong local market knowledge and broad expertise in development, acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management provide us with a unique ability to identify and create value. HRO was founded by Howard Ronson, a real estate visionary. Our executive and technical teams have collaborated for over 20 years in delivering award winning commercial properties that attract world class tenants and create optimal value for investors.
