Tim is responsible for HRO’s strategic planning, information and operating systems and daily operations in the United States and Europe.Tim’s over 20 years of experience with HRO encompasses the development, acquisition, disposition and financing activities for each of its projects in five countries.Prior to HRO Tim was an Assistant Vice President at Dean Witter in New York. Prior to Dean Witter, Tim was a Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company.Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ithaca College in 1986 and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of ULI.
