Following the acquisition in 2015 of the 23,000m2 office tower formerly known as the Shell Tower, located at Nibelungenplatz 3 in the City sub-market of Frankfurt by an entity asset managed by HRO Germany GmbH, HRO has successfully managed the re-branding of the tower to “City Gate.” HRO also managed an extensive refurbishment and leasing of City Gate on a long term basis to grade-A tenants, such as Land Hessen. HRO’s client signed an agreement to sell City Gate on the 22 May 2019.
The transaction will close in Q3 2019.
