Julien joined HRO in 2015 as Head of Research. He is in charge of real estate market statistics, forecasting and reporting for the Paris market. Julien monitors the Parisian leasing activities and supports the team with assessing investment opportunities.Before joining HRO, Julien was responsible for the Immostat operations, a French independent joint venture between CBRE, JLL, BNP and DTZ. At Immostat, he developed and managed key market indicators used widely today by valuers, brokers, and agents. Julien also held other positions at MSCI and IPD. He brings over 15 years of research experience in commercial property to HRO.Julien holds a master degree in urban planning from the University of Paris VII and has attended Columbia University in New York as a visiting fellow.
