Jason Lockyer, MA LLB FRICS, joined HRO in 1997 and has worked on preparing and executing its projects in Paris, across Europe and Asia.Prior to joining HRO he worked in London office development consultancy and private investment banking.Jason holds a Master’s Degree in International Law and Real Estate Finance (City of London University), is qualified for Investment Advice in Financial Derivatives and is a member of the RICS.
