Fouad Chafqi joined HRO in 2000. He is responsible for steering the project from inception through to completion, to organize and manage all aspects of the design & construction process to achieve the overall project objectives.His role in particular is to organize and manage the initial start of the project, and assume responsibility of all the various phases, from the definition of the users requirements in term of functional and technical specifications, until the delivery of building.Before joining HRO France, Fouad worked in building maintenance and on thermal installation development and spent time working for as a Thermal Engineering consultant.
