Chris Jarvis, Partner, is responsible for acquisition and development in the office and student housing sectors in Germany and Northern Europe.Chris rejoined HRO in 2013, and previously was the HRO partner in Germany between 1998 and 2007. As Managing Director of Richard Ellis (CBRE) Germany he set up the firm’s Frankfurt and Berlin offices in 1988 and 1990.Chris has an MA from Cambridge University in Land Economy, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
